UPDATED SCHEDULE
*Note: there have been some small changes to some session times!

FOOD ORDERS!

It is *crucial* to submit your food order by 9am PST on May 16 so we can get the shopping and cooking done before camp!
If you can, please bring some empty food containers with you. This will help us share some of the bulk food items!
TRANSPORTATION SIGN-UP

If you need a lift from Kelowna on June 2, or back on June 8 — or if you have room in your car! — please fill out this survey so we can arrange carpooling or other forms of transportation as necessary!
CAMPER WORKSHOPS:

Workshop sign up is now closed.
If you’ve changed your mind and still want to offer a workshop, please contact Astrida. There is also time and space at camp for spontaneous antics!
POD COMPOSITION:

We’ve arranged all campers into 6 pods, trying also to ensure a good mix of folx in each pod – local and international; artist, researcher, activist; well-seasoned and still unfurling…
We believe everyone got their first or second choice (noting that there was also a change to one pod-head.) ALL pods will be amazing, and we hope you are excited to hang out with your fellow podders!
WHAT TO BRING TO FEELers?

STAYING LONGER IN KELOWNA?
I know a few of you are looking into this. We recommend booking residences at UBCO, as probably one of the cheaper options – esp. if sharing e.g. a suite of 4 singles. It is also very close to the airport! (like, a 30 minute walk!)

In order to secure your place at camp, you must register no later than March 15 2025 using this link: REGISTRATION
When you register, you will be asked to pay your program fee ($0-$400, sliding scale, no questions asked), and then be prompted to add your email, pronouns, and dietary needs.

FEELers Signal Chat:
In response to requests for the opportunity to coordinate with others in terms of regional carpooling, room sharing, campsite sharing and equipment borrowing, we have set up a FEELers Signal Chat. Once you join, you can put your needs or offers to the group, and others can respond in turn. Joining is a two step process:
- If you don’t already have it, download the Signal App from your phone’s App Store.
- Go to this LINK to join the FEELers group chat!
Upcoming dates and deadlines:
- MARCH 15, 2025: Deadline for camp registration.
- APRIL 3, 2025: 50% of the cost of your accommodations is due, directly to Naramata Centre – You can now register for your accommodation using this LINK*
- May 10, 2025: The remainder of the cost of your accommodations is due, directly to Naramata Centre*
- MID–APRIL: If you would like to participate in the pre-camp collaborative art project, you will hear more details from us around this time!
