POND is a series of three interactive, interdisciplinary and collaborative zines for analog place-based methods that have been developed in relation with the Old Pond on UBC Okanagan’s campus on unceded syilx Okanagan territory in Kelowna, BC.

POND consists of “Meeting Pond”, a chapbook of curated collages, reflections, drawings and photographs based on weekly meetings with Pond and the card deck “All Hands on Deck for Pond” and its companion booklet. This deck of cards is designed for others to explore reciprocal relations with Pond using a wide variety of reflections, activities and prompts.

Thirsty

Multispecies ethnography Documentary by Clara Kleininger-Wanik created during her research residency at the FEELed Lab in August 2025. Thirsty captures the prevalent thirst in the park felt by its more-than-human inhabitants and human friends.
