Do-it-Yourself Activities
Craft-Swap: We love FEELed Lab swag and lots of our members and community are famously crafty. If you are crafty, too, bring a homemade item for our Craft Swap! Leave something and take something or take something and leave our busy crafters a small donation.
Rest as Resistance: One of our mottos at the FEELed Lab is “We do what we can with what we have.” This means we look after ourselves, each other –and rest when we need to! Former FEELed Lab Administrator Dani Pierson also led us through a series of “Rest as Resistance” workshops in 2023-2024. In the spirit of these, we encourage you to rest in the back office of the lab during our 5 years celebration – a quiet space, with a sofa, mood lighting, and tea.
Expanding our FEELed Lab Values: What do you think about our emerging FEELed Lab values? Do they resonate with you? Is there something missing? Where do you see them here? We invite you to spend time with our lab values and share your thoughts about them with us.
THIS IS NOW COMPOST – Why we have let our Instagram account go fallow: If you are reading this, it means we are connected – but how? We have been exploring ways to build community in troubling times. As part of this, we have decided to let our Instagram account go fallow. Explore our Instagram Legacy Art project “THIS IS NOW COMPOST” in real life.
FEELed Lab Community Library Picks: What are the FEELed Lab community library favorites? We invite you to add your thoughts and recommendations for our FEELed Lab library books.
FEELed Lab Through the Years: Check out what 5 years of activities at the FEELed Lab look like in photos! Visit our Kitchen slide show.

All FEELed Lab events strive to be feminist, anticolonial, antiracist queer and trans-positive, accessible spaces.
